The minimum order is £15.00 plus £3.00 delivery within our current delivery areas, however there is only one delivery charge with orders for more than one person (multi orders) to one single address (for example, place of work). For deliveries outside our current delivery area a separate rate will be agreed with you.
   
All goods must be paid for by cheque, debit or credit cards at the time of ordering. All goods remain the property of Faulkners Organics until paid for in full.
 To the best of the knowledge of Faulkners Organics the prices and sizes of the products stated on this website and catalogues, price list or other product information source from this website are correct of the time of writing. Whilst every effort is made to maintain the prices and sizes as specified, Faulkners Organics reserves the right to vary these without notice as changes from suppliers dictate.
  
Faulkners Organics cannot take responsibility if your order is stolen. We will make every effort to act on requests where to leave the delivery.
  
Claims for damaged, poor quality or wrongly delivered goods must be notified to Faulkners Organics within 24 hours of delivery otherwise they may not be considered.
   
Cheques for payment that are not honoured on presentation will incur a charge of £10.00 per representation.

Faulkners Organics privacy policy is that we only collect the minimum amount of data about our customers and suppliers that we need to conduct our business. If you wish to see the data we hold on you please either write, fax or e mail us with your request and we will be happy to oblige at no charge.

Orders taken up to Tuesday midday for Thursday and Friday delivery on the same week.
To place an order by phone call 01706 823158 between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. Outside of these times please leave your name and contact number on the answering machine and we shall return your call as soon as possible. Please do NOT attempt to leave your order on the answering machine.

  • For your selection we require; product description, quantity and preferably product code.
  • Means of payment; Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa or cheque.
